Ejar (إيجار, meaning "rent/lease") is a full-featured Arabic-first property management system designed specifically for property owners in Saudi Arabia and the Arabic-speaking world.
Two-sided platform:
- Admin Dashboard: Full control over units, tenants, payments, maintenance, documents, and financial reports
- Tenant Portal: Read-only portal accessible via a secure link — no password needed
Key Modules:
- Dashboard: Stat tiles, expiry alerts, quick action buttons
- Unit Management: Add/edit units with photos, type, floor, rent amount
- Tenant Management: Contract details, payment history, WhatsApp integration
- Payments Tracker: Manual entry, late fees, payment receipts
- Maintenance: Log and track maintenance requests with status
- Utility Bills: Track water and electricity separately per unit
- Document Vault: Upload and manage PDF contracts and documents

إيجار هو نظام إدارة عقارات متكامل يعمل باللغة العربية بالدرجة الأولى، مصمم خصيصاً لملاك العقارات في المملكة العربية السعودية والعالم العربي.
المنصة ثنائية الجانب:
- لوحة الإدارة: تحكم كامل في الوحدات والمستأجرين والمدفوعات والصيانة والوثائق والتقارير المالية
- بوابة المستأجر: بوابة قراءة فقط يصل إليها المستأجر برابط آمن دون كلمة مرور
الوحدات الرئيسية:
- لوحة التحكم: بلاطات إحصائية وتنبيهات انتهاء العقود وأزرار إجراءات سريعة
- إدارة الوحدات: إضافة وتعديل الوحدات مع الصور والنوع والطابق ومبلغ الإيجار
- إدارة المستأجرين: تفاصيل العقود وسجل المدفوعات وتكامل واتساب
- متابعة المدفوعات: إدخال يدوي ورسوم تأخير وإيصالات دفع
- الصيانة: تسجيل ومتابعة طلبات الصيانة مع الحالة
- فواتير الخدمات: متابعة المياه والكهرباء بشكل منفصل لكل وحدة
